EIB to Establish Modern Water Filtration Plants in Karachi

Karachi: The European Investment Bank (EIB) has announced plans to establish modern water filtration plants in Karachi. This initiative, aimed at enhancing the city’s water supply system, is part of a broader effort to provide residents with clean and safe drinking water.

According to Radio Pakistan, the EIB’s commitment comes under a Memorandum of Understanding that outlines collaborative measures to improve Karachi’s water infrastructure. Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab emphasized the significance of the agreement, describing it as a crucial step toward ensuring the availability of quality drinking water for the city’s citizens.
