Cairo: In a recent diplomatic engagement, Egypt’s Foreign Minister, Badr Abdelatty, commended Pakistan for its ongoing mediation efforts in regional conflicts. This accolade was conveyed during a phone conversation with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
According to Radio Pakistan, the two leaders discussed recent regional developments and the significance of sustained dialogue and diplomatic efforts. They expressed optimism that these ongoing endeavors would facilitate an early resolution among involved parties, thereby contributing to enduring peace and stability in the region. Additionally, Foreign Minister Abdelatty extended an invitation to Senator Dar to participate in the forthcoming Regional Four (R-4) Foreign Ministers meeting in Egypt. Senator Dar accepted the invitation, and both officials agreed to maintain close communication moving forward.
