DIG Islamabad Reviews Police Station Infrastructure Projects


ISLAMABAD: Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq led a meeting to evaluate the progress of construction, renovation, and infrastructure development projects across Islamabad Police stations.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, the meeting included officials from the Capital Development Authority (CDA) such as Assistant Director Development, Engineer Ali Zulqarnain, and other pertinent officers. The gathering focused on providing a comprehensive briefing on the ongoing projects, reviewing timelines, construction standards, and ensuring timely completion of development schemes.



DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq directed that all projects meet the stipulated deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and transparency. He highlighted the importance of upgraded police infrastructure for enhancing operational efficiency and public service delivery. The DIG emphasized the necessity of collaboration between Islamabad Police, the CDA, and other departments to address challenges and ensure projects are completed on schedule.



He reiterated that the modernization of police stations and the enhancement of facilities for both personnel and the public are primary objectives for the Islamabad Police, assuring that efforts will be made to complete the projects effectively and on time.
