ISLAMABAD: In a recent review of security protocols across the city, DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq conducted visits to various district areas to evaluate the effectiveness of current safety measures. The visit focused on enhancing public safety and recognizing the efforts of police officers stationed at different security points.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, during his visit, DIG Tariq engaged with officers on duty, underscoring the importance of their roles in maintaining public security. He acknowledged their commitment and efforts, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan, when additional security arrangements have been implemented for masjids and imambargahs.

DIG Tariq emphasized the continuous efforts of the Islamabad police to safeguard the lives and properties of citizens. He assured that all available resources are being utilized to uphold law and order in the federal capital, with a firm stance against any attempts to disrupt the peace.
