Deputy PM of Pakistan and Turkish Foreign Minister Discuss Regional Developments

ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar engaged in a telephonic conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan to discuss regional developments and emphasize the role of dialogue and diplomacy in resolving disputes.

According to Radio Pakistan, both leaders highlighted the importance of peaceful negotiation as a means to address ongoing regional issues. The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his appreciation for the hospitality extended by Turkey during the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, which he and the Pakistani delegation attended last week.

The Deputy Prime Minister also conveyed his thanks to the Turkish Foreign Minister for hosting the third meeting of the R-4 on the sidelines of the Forum. This meeting included participation from the Foreign Ministers of Turkiye, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, along with Senator Dar himself.
