Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan Discusses Development and Public Services in Balochistan


Quetta: Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan convened meetings at his residence with key officials, including Muhammad Kashif Iqbal, Director General of NADRA Balochistan, Saad Bin Asad, Deputy Commissioner of Quetta, and Mir Abdul Rauf Baloch, Secretary of Local Government Balochistan, to address public service delivery and socio-economic development in the region.



According to Senate of Pakistan, the discussions centered on enhancing public facilitation at NADRA offices and improving institutional performance. Deputy Chairman Khan highlighted the critical role of NADRA in ensuring timely issuance of identity documents and emphasized the importance of expanding services to remote areas to facilitate access to essential documents.



Deputy Commissioner Saad Bin Asad briefed Khan on the law and order situation in Quetta and ongoing efforts to address public issues through improved coordination among government bodies. Meanwhile, Secretary Mir Abdul Rauf Baloch outlined initiatives to strengthen local government systems and enhance public service delivery across Balochistan.



Khan reiterated the need for sustainable development through education, technology integration, and efficient administration, emphasizing youth empowerment as a cornerstone for national progress. He affirmed his commitment to collaborate with institutions to improve basic facilities and promote education for Balochistan’s advancement.
