Deputy Chairman Senate Engages in Extensive Discussions on Development and Welfare in Quetta


Quetta: Deputy Chairman Senate Syedaal Khan Nasar engaged in a series of public, social, and political meetings in Quetta, focusing on issues affecting Balochistan, development priorities, and public welfare initiatives. The engagements included interactions with prominent figures and multiple delegations.



According to Senate of Pakistan, Syedaal Khan Nasar attended the wedding ceremony of Haji Latif Achakzai’s daughter, extending congratulations to the newlyweds. He also convened with civil society representatives, where discussions revolved around key issues such as education, healthcare, employment, social development, and public welfare. Nasar emphasized that addressing public concerns is a government priority, with practical measures underway to foster national development and prosperity.



Nasar highlighted ongoing government efforts to resolve challenges faced by traders and investors, aiming to boost economic activity and create a favorable investment environment. He expressed optimism that the forthcoming budget would provide relief to low-income and middle-class citizens, alleviating public hardships.



In a meeting with the Supreme Court Bar Balochistan, attended by the Additional and Assistant Attorney Generals, discussions centered on constitutional and legal matters, focusing on enhancing access to justice and promoting institutional cooperation. Further interactions with former Nazims, Councillors, youth, and women delegations addressed local government issues, urban challenges, and employment and education concerns.



The Deputy Chairman Senate reiterated his commitment to raising public issues of Balochistan on all relevant platforms and continuing collaborative efforts with stakeholders for the province’s development and stability.
