CTO Islamabad Aims to Improve Public Services at Khidmat Markazs

Islamabad: Following directives from the Inspector General of Police, the Chief Traffic Officer of Islamabad, Capt. (R) Hamzah Humayun, held a crucial meeting with the heads of Police Khidmat Markazs to discuss the enhancement of public services.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, the meeting, attended by in-charges from various centers, focused on addressing public concerns, improving service delivery standards, and integrating modern facilities. Key decisions were made to make Police Khidmat Markazs more accessible, efficient, and effective.

The CTO emphasized the importance of timely service delivery and highlighted the need for digital and transparent processes to minimize inconvenience to citizens. Modern technology is set to play a significant role in service improvement, and staff training will be prioritized.

Public convenience was declared a top priority, with strict instructions to maintain cleanliness, discipline, and offer proper guidance to the public at all centers. Negligence in these areas will not be tolerated, ensuring that the needs of citizens are met effectively.
