Croatian Foreign Minister Meets with Pakistani Prime Minister in Islamabad


Islamabad: H.E. Dr. Gordan Grlic Radman, Croatia’s Minister for Foreign and European Affairs, held discussions with Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif at the Prime Minister House in Islamabad. The meeting, attended by Deputy Prime Minister & Foreign Minister Sen. Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Foreign Secretary Amb. Amna Baloch, focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two nations.



According to Press Information Department, Prime Minister Sharif emphasized the friendly relations between Pakistan and Croatia, highlighting mutual respect and shared interests. He expressed a desire to expand cooperation, particularly in trade, investment, information technology, connectivity, agriculture, tourism, and skilled manpower. Additionally, Prime Minister Sharif extended an invitation to Croatian President Zoran Milanovic and Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic for official visits to Pakistan.



The Croatian Foreign Minister expressed gratitude for the hospitality and congratulated Pakistan on its role in regional peace efforts. He reiterated Croatia’s commitment to enhancing ties with Pakistan in areas of mutual interest.
