Sukkur: Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan has announced the upcoming commencement of construction on the Sukkur-Hyderabad M-6 Motorway, set to begin next month. This development is anticipated to enhance trade and commercial activities not only in Sindh but also throughout Pakistan.
According to Radio Pakistan, Abdul Aleem Khan conveyed this information via a post on his X handle. He highlighted the significance of this infrastructure project for the region’s economic landscape. Furthermore, Khan mentioned that President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari are expected to be specially invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the motorway project.
The M-6 Motorway is expected to play a crucial role in improving connectivity and supporting economic growth in the region. The project is part of broader efforts to upgrade the country’s transportation infrastructure, aiming to facilitate smoother transit and bolster economic development.
