Islamabad: In a meeting underscoring the enduring partnership between China and Pakistan, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Jiang Zaidong discussed regional peace and bilateral relations. The Prime Minister emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening ties with China, expressing satisfaction with the progress in their strategic partnership.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting highlighted China’s commendation of Pakistan’s efforts towards achieving peace in the Middle East. Ambassador Jiang reiterated China’s dedication to enhancing its relationship with Pakistan, aligning with the vision of Chinese President Xi Jinping. Both sides expressed a shared commitment to advancing the “All-Weather Cooperative Strategic Partnership” to new levels, stressing the importance of collaboration in regional diplomacy.
