Islamabad: In a meeting on Tuesday, the Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan, Jiang Zaidong, expressed China’s robust support for Pakistan’s ongoing initiatives to facilitate dialogue between the United States and Iran. Ambassador Jiang conveyed this endorsement during discussions with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister, Ishaq Dar, focusing on recent regional developments.

According to Radio Pakistan, the ambassador highlighted China’s appreciation for Pakistan’s efforts aimed at promoting sustained peace and stability in the region and beyond. The engagement between the two countries underscores the strategic partnership that China and Pakistan share. Deputy Prime Minister Dar reaffirmed the strength of this partnership, emphasizing the significance of continuous high-level exchanges to bolster bilateral ties.
