Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif Discusses Development Projects with Khushab MPAs


LAHORE: Members of the Provincial Assembly from Khushab, Asif Malik and Zafar Abbas Khan, met with Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday to discuss national political affairs, development projects, and constituency issues. The meeting focused on addressing public grievances and enhancing infrastructure in the region.



According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, the MPAs informed the chief minister about the challenges faced by the residents of Khushab. In response, Chief Minister Sharif assured them of her commitment to resolving these issues. The assembly members expressed gratitude to the chief minister for the introduction of the electric bus service in Khushab and commended her for gifting ten electric buses to Azad Jammu and Kashmir.



Chief Minister Sharif emphasized the popularity of the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) in both Punjab and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, attributing the province’s progress in various sectors to the leadership of Quaid Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. She highlighted Punjab’s achievements in law and order and other sectors, noting a unified acknowledgment of the province’s performance.



The MPAs acknowledged the chief minister’s contributions to development projects across Punjab, particularly the electric bus service that benefits thousands of commuters daily between key locations in Khushab. They praised the Punjab government’s efforts under Sharif’s leadership, citing the establishment of new benchmarks in public service.
