Islamabad: Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani attended a farewell reception hosted in honor of the outgoing Ambassador of Italy to Pakistan. The event was organized by Mr. Luqman Afzal, CEO of the Monal Group, with Gilani serving as the Chief Guest.

According to Senate of Pakistan, the reception was attended by a number of notable figures, including Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi, Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Federal Minister for National Food Security Rana Tanveer Hussain, Minister for Defence Production Raza Hayat Harraj, Minister of State for Law and Justice Barrister Aqeel Malik, and Prime Minister’s Adviser Tauqir Shah. The gathering also included ambassadors, members of the business community, social figures, and individuals from various walks of life.

Chairman Senate conveyed his best wishes to the outgoing Ambassador, acknowledging her contributions to strengthening the longstanding and friendly relations between Pakistan and Italy. He expressed confidence that these ties would continue to prosper in the coming years.
