Chairman Senate Extends Congratulations to New Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly Leadership


Islamabad: Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has congratulated the newly elected parliamentary leadership of the Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly, welcoming Imran Nadeem as Speaker and Malik Kifayat-ur-Rehman as Deputy Speaker.



According to Press Information Department, Gilani emphasized that the election of Imran Nadeem and Malik Kifayat-ur-Rehman marks a significant moment in upholding democratic traditions and strengthening parliamentary values. He noted that the confidence shown by the Assembly members in the new leadership underscores their leadership qualities and commitment to public service.
