Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme Visits EV Training Facilities in China


BEIJING: Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan visited the Guangda Electric Vehicle Training Base to review advanced training facilities and explore opportunities for enhancing technical skills development in the electric mobility sector.



According to Press Information Department, during the visit, Chairman Khan toured EV training laboratories and workshops, where experts showcased technical equipment, industrial simulators, and automated systems designed to support the electric vehicle industry. He engaged with trainers, technical specialists, and students to gain insight into the latest developments in EV technology and vocational education.



The Chairman emphasized the importance of hands-on technical training and industry-relevant skills in preparing Pakistani youth for the future workforce. He noted that sectors such as electric mobility present significant opportunities for employment, entrepreneurship, and technological advancement.



The visit highlighted the strengthening cooperation between Pakistan and China in vocational training, youth empowerment, innovation, and technology transfer. Both sides expressed their commitment to expanding collaboration to equip young people with the skills needed in a rapidly evolving global economy.
