Islamabad, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Malik Amjed Zubair Tiwana hosted an E-Kachehri at FBR Headquarters to engage with taxpayers and offer immediate assistance with their concerns. This initiative allows taxpayers to raise their issues directly with the Chairman and provide suggestions for improving tax-related processes.
According to Press Information Department, during the E-Kachehri, Chairman Tiwana received telephone calls from taxpayers, listening to their grievances and suggestions. He provided on-the-spot directions to the relevant FBR offices to ensure prompt resolution of the issues raised by taxpayers.
