Chairman FBR Discusses Trader and Industrialist Concerns with Sarhad Chamber Delegation in Peshawar


Peshawar, In a significant meeting aimed at addressing the concerns of the business community, Chairman of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Malik Amjed Zubair Tiwana, met with a delegation from the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) in Peshawar. The delegation, led by SCCI President Fuad Ishaq, included Senior Vice President Sanaullah Khan, Vice President Ijaz Khan Afridi, and other prominent members.



According to Federal Board of Revenue, the SCCI delegation discussed various challenges faced by traders and industrialists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Chairman Tiwana listened attentively to the issues presented and assured the delegation of FBR’s commitment to resolving these concerns.



The meeting is seen as a positive step towards fostering a cooperative relationship between the FBR and the business sector in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It also reflects the FBR’s openness to engaging directly with industry representatives to better understand and address their needs.



As a token of appreciation, SCCI President Fuad Ishaq presented a souvenir to Chairman FBR, symbolizing the mutual respect and desire for continued collaboration between the two entities.
