Islamabad: Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has called for national unity to address mounting security and political challenges, particularly in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The situation in these regions, he said, requires urgent attention from all sectors of society.
During a recent ceremony, Bilawal stressed the importance of standing united against terrorism. He highlighted the need for consensus on national issues and urged political parties to prioritize public welfare over personal interests.
Bilawal pointed out that significant decisions should be made with the national interest in mind, rather than being influenced by political rivalry. He also criticized the opposition, urging it to move beyond a narrow-minded approach and work collaboratively to tackle the pressing challenges facing the country.
His comments come amid ongoing concerns about security in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, regions that have experienced instability in recent years. Bilawal’s call for unity seeks to address these concerns through cooperative national efforts.
