ISLAMABAD: A high-level defence delegation from Belarus, led by Major General Muraveiko Pavel Nikolayevich, engaged in discussions with Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu of the Pakistan Air Force in Islamabad. The meeting focused on mutual interests, regional security, and the potential for enhanced military collaboration between the two nations.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, Major General Nikolayevich and Air Chief Marshal Sidhu explored opportunities to strengthen bilateral defence ties. The discussions included joint training, exercises, technological collaboration, and potential defence industrial partnerships. The Belarusian delegation praised the Pakistan Air Force’s operational preparedness and technological advancements, indicating a mutual interest in expanding defence cooperation.
