Quetta: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti has called for an immediate inquiry into a new polio case reported in Doab, expressing serious concerns about the persistence of the disease in the region. The Chief Minister emphasized the urgent need for a coordinated effort to eradicate polio, a goal that remains elusive for the province amidst broader global health advancements.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Chief Minister Bugti has directed health department officials to submit a detailed report on this latest polio incident and to intensify the existing polio eradication initiatives.
