Sheikhupura: Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan emphasized the importance of merit and transparency in enhancing institutional effectiveness during his address at the passing out ceremony of the 12th Basic Recruit Course at the National Highway and Motorway Police Training College.
According to Radio Pakistan, Minister Khan highlighted the adoption of modern technologies to enhance the performance of the Motorway Police and noted the digitization of toll plazas on motorways. He underscored the significance of motorways in promoting tourism, announcing the imminent commencement of work on the motorway stretching from Kaghan, Naran to Gilgit.
