Islamabad: Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal emphasized the importance of political stability and policy continuity for sustainable economic development. Speaking at a conference, Iqbal outlined that enduring growth can be realized through consistent reforms.
He highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to boosting exports, crediting prudent government policies for recent achievements in this area. Iqbal noted that the country has reached macroeconomic stability and is on track to become an information technology hub, stressing the importance of technology in development.
Iqbal also introduced URAAN Pakistan, a program aimed at fostering national progress. The initiative focuses on job creation and poverty reduction as part of its development goals.
