Islamabad: Seven hundred and seven Afghan Taliban operatives have been killed and over nine hundred and thirty-eight injured during the ongoing Operation Ghazab Lil-Haq conducted by Pakistan’s security forces, according to recent updates. The operation also resulted in the destruction of two hundred and fifty-five check posts, while forty-four others were captured.

According to Radio Pakistan, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar shared the details on his X handle, highlighting that Pakistan Armed Forces have targeted eighty-one terrorist and terrorist support infrastructure locations across Afghanistan. The strikes have led to the destruction of two hundred and thirty-seven tanks, armored vehicles, and artillery guns.

On Monday night, military operations targeted Afghan military installations in Kabul and Nangarhar. These strikes dismantled drone storage facilities, technical support infrastructure, and ammunition sites reportedly used by the Afghan Taliban and other terrorist groups for attacks on Pakistani civilians. Additionally, the forces targeted Afghan Taliban posts in the Bajaur, Kurram, Torkham, Khyber, and North and South Waziristan sectors.

Pakistan’s military emphasized that no civilian infrastructure was targeted, countering claims from Afghan officials and certain media outlets about civilian casualties.
