Ziarat Deputy Commissioner Stresses Teacher Accountability During School Visits


Ziarat: In an effort to reinforce educational standards, Deputy Commissioner Liaqat Ali Kakar conducted a series of inspections at local schools, emphasizing the need for teacher presence and commitment to student development.



According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, during his visits to Government Boys High School Minh Ziadat and Government Boys Middle School Mussoorie Ziarat, Deputy Commissioner Kakar scrutinized the attendance registers of school staff, engaged with both staff and students, and assessed the educational environment. District Education Officer Latifullah Gharshin accompanied him, underscoring the significance of these oversight activities.



Highlighting the importance of teacher accountability, Deputy Commissioner Kakar issued firm directives to school administrators to ensure that all teachers fulfill their duties. He warned that the education department would monitor attendance closely and take disciplinary actions against absenteeism by deducting salaries of those frequently absent. Kakar’s message was clear: the educational system in Ziarat cannot tolerate negligence from its educators.



The Deputy Commissioner’s visit and remarks come at a time when improving educational outcomes is critical. He stressed that teachers play a crucial role as mentors and builders of future generations, urging them to commit fully to their responsibilities to help foster a well-educated and capable youth, poised to contribute to the country’s development.
