Zhob: On the occasion of Kashmir Exploitation Day, the district administration of Doab in Zhob took to the streets in a rally to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir and denounce the actions of the Indian government. The rally, which took place today, was led by Assistant Commissioner Doob Mohammad Naveed and encompassed participants from various sectors of the community.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the rally commenced at the office of the Deputy Commissioner Doab and concluded at Kamal Khan Chowk. It saw the participation of officials from all departments, students, and representatives from social and tribal organizations. The gathering served to reinforce the support for Kashmiris’ prolonged struggle for self-determination and to protest against the unconstitutional steps taken by India on August 5, 2019, which stripped Kashmir of its special status.
During the rally, speakers highlighted the long-standing sacrifices made by Kashmiris in their quest for freedom and emphasized the significance of marking August 5 as a day to rally support for Kashmir’s self-determination in accordance with United Nations resolutions. The event was a vivid display of the community’s commitment to the Kashmir cause and its collective demand for international intervention to grant Kashmiris their rightful autonomy.
