ZARRA and Roshni Helpline Conduct Police Training Workshops to Boost Child Safety Measures

Abbottabad: The Zainab Alert Response and Recovery Agency (ZARRA), under the Ministry of Human Rights, partnered with Roshni Helpline 1138 to hold police training workshops aimed at bolstering the protection of missing and abducted children.

According to Ministry of Human Rights, Dr. Jahanzeb Khan, Director General of ZARRA, highlighted the workshops’ role in enhancing prompt FIR registrations and fostering collaboration between the police and ZARRA. This initiative seeks to expedite the recovery process for missing children while also enabling officers to exchange insights and best practices for managing these critical situations.

The training, which took place in Abbottabad and Mardan, forms part of broader efforts to safeguard vulnerable children across Pakistan. By arming law enforcement with essential skills and knowledge, the Ministry of Human Rights is committed to upholding justice and protecting children’s rights.
