Srinagar, An 18-year-old youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Budgam district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, today.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the 18-year-old youth identified as Sameer Ahmad Rather was lying outside his house with injuries on his head and ear.
