“Youth Council Pakistan” Demonstrates Against Israeli Actions on Palestinians

Islamabad, “Youth Council Pakistan,” a prominent youth organization, held a protest in Islamabad today, decrying the recent Israeli actions against Palestinians.

According to a news release by Kashmir Media Service, the demonstration took place outside the National Press Club in Islamabad. A diverse group, including council leaders, members, and a significant number of students from various universities, were in attendance. The protest was spearheaded by the Youth Council Pakistan President, Shehzad Khan.

During the demonstration, several speakers, including Shahzar Khan and vice-chairman of Friends of Kashmir International, Abdul Hameed Lone, voiced their strong condemnation of Israel’s actions, particularly the bombings that have impacted Palestinian women and children. They emphasized that international entities have played a role in allowing such acts to continue. The speakers highlighted incidents where various institutions, including hospitals, educational centers, and mosques, were targeted. They also drew parallels between the situations in Palestine and Kashmir, suggesting that both regions experience similar challenges.

Moreover, they voiced their disappointment towards the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), stating that the organization has been ineffective in curbing the issues at hand.
