Islamabad, Hafiz Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi, the Special Representative to the Prime Minister for Religious Harmony and Islamic Countries, announced that Youm-e-Muzammat will be observed on Friday to protest against the acts of barbarism by India in illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and by Israel in Gaza. The announcement was made during a press conference held in Islamabad, where Ashrafi expressed his concerns over the ongoing violence and the international arms sales to Israel.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the observance of Youm-e-Muzammat is a call for solidarity and action against the injustices and violence faced by the people in Jammu and Kashmir and Gaza.
