According to Radio Pakistan, the talks aim to address ongoing issues between the United States and Iran, with Pakistan serving as a mediator.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced that Vice President J.D. Vance will remain on standby to join the negotiations if initial discussions yield positive outcomes. The visit underscores the ongoing diplomatic efforts to resolve tensions in the region.
