Synoptic Situation

Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. Shallow monsoon currents are penetrating north-eastern and lower southern parts of the country and likely to strengthen during next few days.

Saturday

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in southeast Sindh, northeast Punjab, Kashmir and surrounding areas.

Sunday

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in southeast Sindh, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northeast Punjab and Kashmir.

Past 24 Hour Weather

Hot and dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country. However, rain occurred at a few places in Kashmir and Mangla.

Rainfall (mm): Kashmir: Garhi Dupatta 08, Muzaffarabad A/P 04 and Punjab: Mangla 01.

Yesterday’s highest maximum Temperature’s (°C): Dadu, Sibbi and Rohri 43.
