Islamabad, March 23, 2023 (PPI-OT): Synoptic Situation
A strong westerly wave is affecting parts of the country and likely to grip central parts on 23rd and 24th March.
Thursday
Rain-wind/thunderstorm is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Isolated hailstorm may occur during the forecast period. Heavy falls are expected at isolated places in north and northeastern Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Friday
Rain-wind/thunderstorm is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Punjab, north Balochistan, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Isolated hailstorm may occur during the forecast period and Heavy falls are also likely in northern Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
