Synoptic Situation
Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A shallow westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country and may persist till next 24 hours.
Monday
Mainly dry weather is expected in most plain areas of the country, while cold/partly cloudy in upper parts. While, light rain-thunderstorm/snow is expected in upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas.
Tuesday
Mainly dry weather is expected in most plain areas of the country, while cold in upper parts. While, light rain-thunderstorm/snow is expected at isolated places in Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
Past 24 Hour Weather
Mainly dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country, while cold/partly cloudy in upper parts. However, rain occurred in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan. Rainfall (mm): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Chitral 22, Dir (Upper 21, Lower 05), Drosh 12, Kalam, Mirkhani 11, Pattan 01, Gilgit-Baltistan Skardu 01.
