Synoptic Situation

Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A shallow westerly wave is likely to affect upper parts of the country during next 24 hours.

Sunday

Mainly dry weather is expected in most plain areas of the country, while cold/partly cloudy in upper parts. Light rain/light snow is expected at isolated places in upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Monday

Mainly dry weather is expected in most plain areas of the country, while cold/partly cloudy in upper parts. Rain-thunderstorm/snow is expected at isolated places in Pothohar region, upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Isolated hailstorm is also expected during the period.

Past 24 Hour Weather

Mainly dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country, while cold/partly cloudy in upper parts. However, rain occurred in Kalam 01 mm.

Today’s Recorded Lowest Minimum Temperature’s (°C): Kalam, Gupis -03 and Leh -01.
