Synoptic Situation
A westerly wave is approaching western parts of the country today and likely to grip most upper and western parts during next 24 hours and may persist in upper parts from 11th to 13 January.
Tuesday
Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while cloudy in western and upper districts. Rain/snow is likely in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and north and west Balochistan. Fog is likely to subside in Punjab, upper Sindh and plain area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Wednesday
Rain/snow is likely in Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, north and west Balochistan, Pothohar region and Kashmir. ٖFog is likely to subside in Punjab, upper Sindh and plain area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Past 24 Hour Weather
Cold and cloudy weather prevailed over most parts of the country, while rain recorded in Kalam and Gupis. Foggy condition prevailed over plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh.
