Synoptic Situation
A fresh shallow westerly wave is likely to approach western and upper parts of the country during next 18 hours.
Tuesday
Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. While partly cloudy/very cold weather is likely in upper areas and north Balochistan.
Wednesday
Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. While partly cloudy/very cold weather is likely in upper areas and north Balochistan. Light to moderate foggy conditions are likely to develop over plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during morning hours.
Past 24 Hour Weather
Cold and dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country, while very cold in Gilgit-Baltistan and north Balochistan during night and morning hours. However, rain occurred in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Rainfall (mm): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Parachinar 04, Mir Khani 03, Dir 02 and Drosh 01.
Today’s Recorded Lowest Minimum Temperature’s (°C): Leh -11, Kalam -05, Kalat, Skardu -04, Gupis and Rawalakot -03.
