Synoptic Situation

Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A shallow westerly wave is present over upper parts of the country.

Monday

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most plain areas of the country, while very hot in south Punjab and upper Sindh. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm is likely in Gilgit Baltistan, Kashmir, upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and upper Punjab.

Tuesday

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most plain areas of the country, while very hot in south Punjab and upper Sindh. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm is likely in Gilgit Baltistan, Kashmir, upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and northeast Punjab.

Past 24-Hour Weather

Weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country, while very hot in plain areas. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm occurred in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper Punjab, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
