Due to Heat wave, day temperatures are likely to remain 07-09°C above normal in Punjab, Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, while 06-08°C above normal in Sindh and Balochistan. General public is advised to take precautionary measures to avoid heat wave.

Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country.

Hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while plain areas will remain under the grip of severe heat wave conditions. However, gusty/dust raising winds are likely in central and southern plain districts of the country. Light rain-wind/thunderstorm may occur at isolated places in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while plain areas will remain under the grip of severe heat wave conditions. However, gusty/dust raising winds are likely in central and southern plain districts of the country.
Past 24 Hour Weather
Weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country, while very hot in plain areas. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm occurred at a few places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper Punjab and Kashmir.
Rainfall (mm): Punjab: Chakwal, Narowal 02, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Pattan 02 and upper Dir 01.
Yesterday’s Highest Temperature’s (°C): Jacobabad 50, Sibbi, D.G.Khan 49, Dadu, Mohenjo-Daro, Larkana and Bhakkar 48.
