Synoptic Situation
Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A westerly wave is likely to enter upper and central parts of the country on Tuesday and may persist in upper parts of the country till Wednesday.
Monday
Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very hot in upper/central Sindh, east/south Balochistan and plain areas of Punjab.
Tuesday
Mainly hot and partly cloudy weather is expected in most upper parts of the country. However, light rain-wind/thunderstorm is expected at a few places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, upper Punjab, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan during evening/night.
Past 24-Hour Weather
Weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country.
Yesterday’s Recorded Highest Maximum Temperature’s (°C): Dadu, Jacobabad 47, Sibbi, Larkana, Mohenjodharo, Padidan, Rohri, Rahim Yar Khan, Khanpur and Bahawalnagar 46.
