Synoptic Situation

Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A shallow westerly wave is present over northern parts of the Country.

Tuesday

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, cloudy weather with rain-wind/thunderstorm is likely at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit Baltistan during evening/night. Hot weather with dust raising/gusty winds are likely in Islamabad, Potohar region, Upper Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan.

Wednesday

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, cloudy weather with rain-wind/thunderstorm is likely at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit Baltistan during evening/night. Hot weather with dust raising/gusty winds are likely in Islamabad, Potohar region, Upper Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan.
