Synoptic Situation
A westerly wave is affecting western and upper parts of the country and may persist in upper parts till tonight.
Wednesday
Partly cloudy and dry weather is expected in most upper parts of the country. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm (light snow over the hills) is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Potohar region, north Balochistan, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Thursday
Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. While, partly cloudy/cold weather is expected in northern parts.
Past 24-Hour Weather
Weather remained dry in most parts of the country. However, rain occurred in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and north Balochistan.
Rainfall (mm): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Parachinar 25, Chitral 09, Dir (Upper 05, Lower 01), Mirkhani 03, Drosh 02, Malam Jabba 01, Balochistan: Kalat 02, Quetta 01.
Today’s Lowest Minimum Temperature’s (°C): Leh, Babusar -03 and Parachinar -02.
