Synoptic Situation

A westerly wave is approaching western border of the country on today and likely to persist in upper and central parts of the country till Thursday.

Saturday

Mainly partly cloudy weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm (snow over the hills) is likely in northern Balochistan and Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the evening / night.

Sunday

Rain-wind/thunderstorm (snow over the hills) is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, North Balochistan, Upper / Central Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, Islamabad and Kashmir. Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in other parts of the country.
