Synoptic Situation
A westerly wave is present over western/upper parts of the country and likely to grip most parts of the country on Sunday/Monday.
Saturday
Mainly cold/cloudy weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, rain/snow is expected in upper/central Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas. Fog/ smog is likely to prevail in few plain areas of Punjab during morning hours.
Sunday
Rain/snow is expected in Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa, Potohar region, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. Fog/ smog is likely to prevail in few plain areas of Punjab during night/morning hours. Cold/cloudy weather is expected in other parts of the country.

Cold and dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country, while very cold in hilly areas. However, rain recorded in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Malam Jabba 02 mm. Snowfall (Inches): Malam Jabba 01.
