Synoptic Situation
Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the Country. Monsoon currents from Arabian sea and Bay of Bengal likely to penetrate in upper and eastern parts of the country from tomorrow.
Thursday
Hot and dry weather is likely to prevail over most areas of the country. However, rain-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Kashmir and its adjoining areas.
Friday
Very hot and dry weather is likely to prevail over most areas of the country. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, upper Punjab and upper Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa during evening/night.
Past 24 Hour Weather
Very hot and dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country. However, rain-thunderstorm occurred in upper Khyber pakhtunkhuwa, Punjab, Kashmir and Babusar. Rainfall (mm): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Kakul 13, Dir 03, Malamjabba 01, Punjab: Lahore (City 06), Mangla 03, Murree 02, Kashmir: Rawalakot 02, Muzaffarabad 01, Gilgit-Baltistan: Babusar 02.
