Islamabad, In a decisive move to ensure the timely completion of the Mohmand Dam, the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) has announced plans to divert the River Swat in April this year, marking a significant milestone in the construction of the crucial infrastructure project. WAPDA’s progress towards the completion of the diversion system underscores the authority’s commitment to advancing the dam’s construction with urgency.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, WAPDA Chairman Sajjad Ghani recently conducted a visit to the Mohmand Dam site, located across the River Swat in the Mohmand district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
