US Official Refutes Allegations Regarding Cipher, Affirms Respect for Pakistan’s Sovereignty

Washington DC, In a notable development, US Assistant Secretary of State for South Asia, Donald Lu, addressed allegations made by the founding chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) regarding the so-called Cipher, categorically denying the claims during a Congressional hearing.
