US Congressman Pete Sessions Celebrates Pakistani Contributions on Pakistan’s Independence Day


Washington: On the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day, US Congressman Pete Sessions from Texas praised the significant contributions of Pakistani Americans to the United States, underscoring the deep ties between the two nations.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Congressman Sessions highlighted the importance of the 14th of August as a day of celebration, honor, and pride, largely attributed to the Pakistani American community’s role in strengthening the bilateral relationship. He acknowledged the contributions of Pakistani Americans in various fields such as commerce, medicine, and technology, noting these efforts help forge a stronger connection between the United States and Pakistan.
