US Ambassador Reaffirms Support for Pakistan’s Democratic Process in Meeting with National Assembly Speaker


Islamabad, In a significant meeting at the Parliament House, US Ambassador to Pakistan Donald Blome and Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq delved into discussions on strengthening bilateral relations and exploring avenues for mutual interest. The dialogue underscored the importance of enhancing parliamentary ties to foster deeper connections between the two nations.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Speaker Sadiq expressed Pakistan’s value for its enduring friendship with the United States, highlighting the pivotal role that parliamentary exchanges play in enriching public and inter-parliamentary relations. On his part, Ambassador Blome reiterated the United States’ dedication to supporting the democratic process in Pakistan, emphasizing the need for collective efforts in promoting regional and international peace and prosperity.
