Srinagar, November 07, 2022 (PPI-OT):An unidentified body of a man was found in Pampore area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday. An official told the media that some passers-by spotted the body lying in Kadlabal area of Pampore and informed the police. He said that soon after getting the information, a police party rushed to the spot and recovered the body.
He added that the body has been shifted to mortuary of SDH Pampore and his identity was being ascertained. It is worth mentioning here that incidents of discovery of unknown bodies across the occupied territory have witnessed a sharp rise after the abrogation of Jammu and Kashmir’s special status in August 2019.
